2. Non-Returnable Items

   • Custom-made products and personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Return Process

   • To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@athelshop.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.

4. Refunds

   • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

5. Exchanges

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

   • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
